Multi-Teams. With Multi teams you're able to have multiple teams with various users in each under one HelloSign account. In setting up these teams you'll be creating a hierarchy which admins will have the ability to then manage different levels of permissions. Bulk Send. Bulk send allows users to send out a large amount of requests to different signers at one time. So instead of having to send out these requests one by one, you can send them out in batches of 250. Important things to note, bulk send requests must be done with a template and can only be for single signers.

How it works
Prepare & Send. ??Upload the document that needs to be signed from your computer or cloud storage account to HelloSign. Next, you will drag-and-drop the fields you want to be signed. Finally, add the signer's email address and click send for signature.
Sign. Your signer will receive an email notification with a link to sign your document on their computer or any mobile device. After the signer has completed their step, the signed document will be available in your HelloSign account immediately.
Manage. HelloSign provides a dashboard for you to track the progress of signature requests, send reminders to signers, and view all signed documents. You can also customize the branding and manage the access of your team members inside your account settings.
